Deke Erh and Tess Johnston co-founded the bookstore in 1994. Books here are almost in English version and most of them belong to Deke Erh's personal collection. This means you can only read them in the bookstore, but you cannot buy or bring them home. Coffee, tea and snacks are sold there. During your visit, our local may introduce relative knowledge about Chinese tea, including how they are made and how to judge their level. 绿皮 Duolun Road and 1933 Duolun Road, which is famous for its’ taste in culture, mainly refer to its’ celebrities’ left house, and restaurants. When dusk comes, we could walk to the 1933 Old Millfun. Different from those shiny buildings along the bund, the 1933 Old Factory is not that realized by people, as a master piece in architecture. But, almost no one could reject its’ glamorous and diligence when he/she see it by person. In briefing, it was originally a slaughterhouse. There were three in total had that high level architectural achievement in the world, and 1933 is now the only one reserved among its kind.
