Today's topic is about water parks in Shanghai. They have all opened for business recently.

1

Flaya Maya
Maya is one of the largest water park of East China. Facilities here have won lots of prizes of IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions). The park includes various themes, therefore, regardless of age, one can definitely find her/his favorite item. Also, there will be different activities held inside, dancing, DJ, sports, etc.
Open from: Jul.2-Sep.4/9:00-21:30
Rent: 30/60RMB for renting single/double water wing.
More information on: http://sh.playamaya.cn
Add: Take Line 9 and get off at Sheshan Station, there will be free shuttle bus.

Trip advise: Flaya Maya  is close to Happy Valley-one of the largest entertainment parks in Shanghai, as well as Sheshan Hill and Songjiang University Town(street food are cheap and quite delicious there). If you like this kind of outdoor activities, you can spend 2 days at that area.

Dino Beach
Dino Beach is one of the top summer destinations for families and friends especially on hot summer days. The park has Asia’s largest wave pool and many slides and smaller pools. Its great to visit to just sit and relax in the lazy river that flows through the perimeter of the water park. A helpful tip is to avoid going on the weekend because it’s always busy especially during the summer. Going on the weekdays can get you midweek discounts! Their operation hours are from 9am -24pm(Jul.9-Aug.21). To plan ahead, check their website out. www.dinobeach.com.cn
